COOL APRICOT PIE 
1 pkg. apricot gelatin
2/3 c. boiling water
2 c. ice cubes
1/4 c. apricot brandy
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) can sliced apricots

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add ice cubes and stir until thickened. Remove ice cubes that remain. Stir brandy into Cool Whip and add to first mixture. Fold in. Add sliced apricots and put in graham cracker crust. Serve with whipped cream or plain.
