MEXICAN CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. ground meat, or chicken 1/2 c. chopped onions 2 cans cream of chicken soup 1 can chopped green chilies 1 can enchilada sauce 1 pkg. (12) tortillas (corn) 1 can ripe olives, chopped (opt.) Lightly brown meat and onions. Cut tortillas in 1/8th inch size pieces - like a pie. Mix all ingredients together and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes. Top with grated cheese melted by oven. |
