SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked mashed sweet potatoes or yams
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. milk
1/2 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/3 c. butter
1 c. finely chopped pecans or walnuts

Combine sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs and vanilla, milk and 1/2 cup butter. Beat with electric mixer until smooth. Spoon into a greased 2 quart casserole.

Combine brown sugar, flour, 1/3 cup butter and nuts, sprinkle on top. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
