3 c. cooked mashed sweet potatoes
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/3 c. milk

TOPPING:

1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
2 1/2 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Mix together mashed sweet potato, vanilla, melted butter, sugar, eggs, nutmeg, cinnamon and milk.

Mix together topping (flour, brown sugar, melted butter, and chopped walnuts). Sprinkle topping on top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Top with miniature marshmallows for last 10-15 minutes. Push into casserole.
