SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter (melted)
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix and spoon into greased 1 or 1 1/2-quart baking dish.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)
1/2 c. flour
3 tbsp. melted butter

Combine until crumbly. Spread over sweet potato casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
