SQUASH CASSEROLE 
1-3 lb. squash
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 stick butter
1 egg
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. grated sharp cheese
Salt & pepper to taste

Cook squash. Drain water. Add butter, salt and pepper. Beat egg. Stir in milk and cornstarch. Add mixture to squash and pour into greased casserole. Add cheese and cut into squash. Top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
