CHILI 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 lb. hot or med. sausage
26 oz. spaghetti sauce
9 oz. barbecue sauce
1 med. can tomato sauce
1 med. can tomato paste
2 c. red pepper, chopped
2 c. green pepper, chopped
1 1/2 c. Spanish onion, chopped
1 pkg. Durkee Texas red chili seasoning
1 lb. 12 oz. red kidney beans
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. black pepper
1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
Chili powder to taste

Brown hamburger and drain. Chop sausage into bite-size pieces, brown and drain. Chop up red and green peppers. Chop onions. Saute in tablespoon of butter. Blend in large 10-quart pot; spaghetti sauce, tomato sauce, tomato paste, barbecue sauce, kidney beans, chili seasoning, garlic powder, black pepper, and Tabasco sauce. Heat at low temperature. Blend in peppers, meat and onions. Add chili powder to taste. Stir often.
