BAKED SWISS STEAK 
1 1/2 lbs. steak
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 tbsp. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. American cheese, shredded

Mix flour and salt; pound into meat. Keep flour for later. Brown meat with butter; place in casserole. Blend flour with meat drippings; add remainder of ingredients. Cook, stirring constantly, until full boil. Pour over meat. Cover and bake at 350 degrees until tender, about 45 minutes. Remove top with cheese. Return to oven and bake until cheese melts. Serves 4.
