2 c. lime 2 gallons water Soak overnight and rinse in clean water 3 times and soak in clean water for 3 hours. Drain and soak overnight in the following: 2 qt. vinegar 1 tbsp. salt 1 tbsp. cloves 1 tbsp. mixed spices 1 tbsp. celery salt Cook for 30 minutes and put into sterilized pint jars and seal. Water bath for 20 minutes to seal. |
