CHERRY DELIGHT 
butter
Graham cracker crumbs
Pecans
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Cinnamon
Cherry pie filling

Use enough butter to cover the inside of a 9 x 13 inch glass pan. Next use enough graham cracker crumbs to cover up the butter. Sprinkle pecans on bottom of glass dish.

Mix cream cheese, sugar, eggs (one at a time, blending well) and vanilla extract. Pour in pan. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Cool, sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired. Top with cherry pie filling.
