CHERRY DELIGHT 
3 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1 c. Saltine crackers, broken in sm. pieces
1/2 c. chopped pecans
3/8 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 pkg. Dream Whip
1 can cherry pie filling

Add cream of tartar to egg whites and beat until frothy. gradually add sugar and continue to beat until glossy. Fold in crackers, nuts, and vanilla. Spread in buttered 9 x 13 inch dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool completely. Mix 2 packages Dream Whip according to package directions. Spread over meringue. Spread can of cherry pie filling over top. Chill and cut in squares.
