3 egg whites
1 (#10) can peanuts
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. honey
1 tsp. salt

Lightly whip the egg whites. Add 1 (#10) can of peanuts. Toss peanuts in egg whites to coat.

Pour in sugar, honey, salt. Toss again to coat.

Place on lightly greased cookie sheet and bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
