1 c. + 2 tbsp. non fat dry milk
1/2 c. warm water
3/4 c. sugar

Combine dry milk and warm water in a bowl. Set the bowl in a pan of hot water. Add sugar and stir well. Let stand overnight before using. Equals 1 can Eagle Brand milk.
