1 c. hot water
2 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
4 c. instant dry milk

Mix hot water and sugar. Heat until sugar is dissolved. Add butter. Place in blender and add dry milk gradually, blending until smooth. Equivalent to 2 cans of Eagle Brand milk.
