JAPANESE FRUIT PIE 
1 stick butter, melted
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup white or dark raisins
1/2 cup coconut
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 unbaked 9 inch pie crust

Mix the wet and dry ingredients together, then spread in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan.

Bake a 325 for 30 minutes.

Glaze:

Mix 1 cup powdered sugar, 1 tbsp. water, 1 tsp. vanilla, and 1 tbsp mayonnaise. Spread on warm cookies. Cool, cut into bars, and enjoy.
