ALICE'S JAPANESE FRUIT PIE 
1 c. sugar
Pinch salt
2 eggs, beaten
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 stick butter, melted
1/2 c. seedless raisins
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell
1/2 c. flaked coconut

Mix sugar, butter, salt, eggs and vinegar. Add coconut, pecans and raisins. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
