JAPANESE FRUITCAKE PIE 
1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. raisins
1 1/2 c. flaked coconut
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
2 (9 inch) pie shells, unbaked

Mix melted butter and sugar, let cool to room temperature. Add eggs; mix thoroughly. Add remaining ingredients and pour evenly into unbaked pie shells. Bake 30-40 minutes in 375 degree oven.
