JAPANESE FRUIT PIE 
pinch salt
1 c sugar
1 tbsp vinegar
1/2 c pecan
1 9-inch unbaked pie crust
1 stick butter, melted
2 eggs beaten
1/2 c coconut
1/2 c raisins

Mix sugar, butter, salt, eggs, and vinegar and coconut, pecans and raisins. Pour into crust baked at 325°F for 35- 40 min.
