JAPANESE FRUIT PIE 
3/4 stick butter
1 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. flaked coconut
1/4 c. raisins
1/2 c. Nestles chocolate chips
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 unbaked pie shell

Melt butter and allow to cool completely.

Mix sugar, pecans, coconut, raisins and chocolate chips. Add vinegar and mix thoroughly. Pour into unbaked pie shell.

Drizzle melted butter on top and bake at 300 degrees for 40 minutes or until set.
