JAPANESE FRUIT PIE | |
1 unbaked crust 1/2 stick butter - melted 1 c. sugar 3 large eggs 1/2 c. pecans - chopped 1 tbsp. vinegar 1/2 c. coconut 1/2 c. raisins Mix all and bake at 350 about 40 minutes. NOTE: Sometimes 1 add about 1/4 c. of white Karo syrup for a not-so-dry pie. |
