MEXICAN LASAGNA 
1 lb. lean ground beef
7 1/2 oz. can of tomatoes & green chilies
1 taco seasoning packet
8 oz. sour cream
2/3 c. grated cheddar cheese
Flour tortillas
Diced onion

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

2. Brown beef, drain fat. Add can of tomatoes and green chilies and taco seasoning packet. Mix well.

3. Cover bottom of greased Pyrex 9 x 9 inch dish with thin layer of tomato sauce.

4. Roll up tortillas enclosing the taco meat and shredded cheddar. Place in dish, crowding tightly. Pour remaining tomato sauce over tortillas. Sprinkle with extra taco meat mixture, cheese and onion. Dollop large spoonfuls of sour cream on top. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
