BORSCHT 
1 (16 oz.) can cut beets including liquid
1/2 c. onion
1 or 2 bouillon cubes
1/2 lemon peeled and seed removed
1/2 c. tomatoes or tomato juice
1/2 c. water or crushed ice
1 c. sour cream

Put all ingredients except sour cream into blender, cover puree for 30 seconds. If served hot heat to boiling then add sour cream. May be served cold. We think it is good.
