4 c. hot mashed sweet potatoes
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. orange juice
1/2 tsp. salt
Kraft miniature marshmallows

Combine sweet potatoes, butter, orange juice and salt; whip in 1 cup marshmallows. Place in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Top with additional marshmallows; return to oven until marshmallows are lightly browned. 6 to 8 servings.
