CORN BAKE 
2 cans creamed corn
1 (10 oz.) box frozen corn
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/4 c. yellow cornmeal
4 tbsp. flour
1 egg
Salt, pepper, garlic to taste
Green chilies, chopped, to taste
1/2 block Cheddar cheese

Mix all of the above ingredients. Then add green chili and Cheddar cheese to mixture. Pour into greased casserole dish. Top with more grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. The center should be firm when done.
