CORN CASSEROLE | |
1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn 1 (16 oz.) can kernel corn (drained) 1 stick butter, melted 2 eggs (slightly beaten) 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream 1 pkg. Jiffy Corn Bread Mix Mix all ingredients together and pour into a greased or buttered 10 inch square casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes (until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean). |
