8 oz. Rotini noodles, cooked 1 c. cauliflowerets, sliced 1 c. broccoli flowerets, cut into bite size pieces 1 med. carrot, grated 3 green onions, sliced 1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, diced 1 (5 oz.) pepperoni stick, thinly sliced 1 c. Italian dressing Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese Prepare noodles according to package. Drain. Add other ingredients except the Parmesan. Add dressing last, tossing and mixing well. Cover and chill. Before serving, toss and sprinkle with Parmesan. |
