SWISS EGGS AND HAM 
1/2 lb. fully cooked ham cut into strips
8 eggs
1/4 lb. jack cheese, cubed

Distribute ham into 4 lightly greased individual baking dishes, making nest for eggs. Carefully break eggs into dish, allowing yolk to set in hallow. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered 400 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. Garnish with parsley.
