HAM AND BROCCOLI QUICHE 
10 inch pie crust
4 eggs
1 pt. half and half
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 oz. Swiss cheese
4 oz. Co-Jack cheese
1 sm. onion, diced
1 c. diced ham
10 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli

Beat eggs until frothy; add half and half. Beat 2-3 minutes. Dice or shred cheeses. Stir in all remaining ingredients. Pour into unbaked pie crust. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes, decrease oven temperature to 325 degrees and continue baking for 45 minutes. Cool before serving.
