HAM AND BROCCOLI QUICHE 
3 eggs
1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. chopped ham
1 pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked
1 1/2 to 2 c. grated cheese
1 deep dish pie shell

Prick bottom of pie shell and bake for 5 minutes at 350 degrees. Put half of cheese on bottom of pie shell. Add broccoli and ham. Combine eggs and milk, pour in pie shell. Add remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
