BAKED ALMOND CHICKEN 
1 fryer chicken, cut into pieces
1 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
7 tbsp. melted butter
3/4 c. sliced almonds
1 1/2 c. half and half
1/2 c. sour cream

Wash chicken and dry. Shake pieces of chicken in bag containing flour. Combine celery salt, paprika, salt, curry powder, pepper and melted butter. Roll chicken in seasoned butter. Arrange chicken in single layer in oblong baking dish. Sprinkle with almonds. Pour half and half over chicken. Cover with foil; bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover. Spoon out 1/2 cup liquid mix with sour cream. Pour over. Bake, uncovered 30 minutes longer.
