PEANUT BUTTER ROLL 
3 c. white sugar
1/2 c. Karo syrup
3/4 c. hot water
2 eggs
Vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine sugar, corn syrup and water in saucepan. Stir over low heat until sugar dissolves, bring to a boil, cover and boil for 3 minutes. Uncover and cook until small amount dropped into cold water makes a very firm ball. Add salt and vanilla to egg whites.

Beat until they stand up in peaks. Pour syrup over egg whites slowly. Beat constantly and continue beating until mix is creamy and holds its shape. Roll thin and spread with warm peanut butter, then roll into a "log".
