1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
1 c. Durkees coconut (sweetened)
1 sm. can of cream of coconut (as used in drinks)
1 can crushed pineapple (med. size)
1 sm. Cool Whip
9 x 13 pan serves 16

Add 1 cup coconut (dry) to cake mix and follow directions for Duncan's cake mix, when done and still hot poke holes in cake and pour in 1 can of cream of coconut over hot cake and in holes. Then add 1 can crushed pineapple over top of cake. When cool put Cool Whip on top and sprinkle with coconut. Moist cake. Serves 16.
