BISCUIT RING FOR MICROWAVE
1. Place 1/4 cup butter in small bowl. Microwave, uncovered on high (100%) until melted, 45 to 60 seconds.

2. Use 1 recipe Bisquick or prepare baking powder biscuit dough. Turn dough onto lightly floured surface. Knead lightly 10 times. Roll into 8" round. Cut dough into 12 wedges; fold each wedge in half crosswise. Dip wedges into butter, coating all sides. Roll in Cinnamon-Sugar Coating or Herb-Cheese Coating (below). Arrange wedges, point sides down, in 8-cup ring dish. Elevate ring dish on inverted dinner plate in microwave. Microwave uncovered on medium (50%) 4 minutes; rotate ring dish 1/2 turn. Microwave until no longer doughy, 3 to 6 minutes longer. Or use conventional oven, 400 degrees.

CINNAMON-SUGAR COATING: Mix 1/2 cup granulated or brown sugar and 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon.

HERB-CHEESE COATING: Mix 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, 3/4 teaspoon Italian herb seasoning and 1/2 teaspoon paprika.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
