PECAN LOAF OR BALLS 
1 c. pecans
2 c. rice
4 c. bread crumbs, blended
1 1/2 c. water
1/4 c. sunflower seeds, ground
2/3 c. flour
1 med. onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. basil

Make into loaf or 1/4 cup balls. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
