PEAR SALAD 
3 oz. pkg. lemon or lime Jello
1 c. heated pear juice
3 oz. pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
3 tbsp. cream
1 scant qt. pears
1 c. whipped cream

Dissolve Jello in 1 cup heated pear juice. Stir in cheese, mashed with cream. Cool. Let it nearly set, add the pears, mashed with a fork. Add 1 cup whipped cream. Add green coloring if desired.
