PEPPER BEEF BURGERS 
1/4 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. dry milk
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano (optional)
1/2 tsp. garlic
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 lb. ground beef

Mix above ingredients all together; form oval shape patties 1/2 inch thick. Brown over slow heat. Drain. Cover with: 2 med. onions, sliced in rings 1 lg. green pepper, in slices 1/4 c. red wine, (optional)
