MINT ICE CREAM CAKE 
1 pkg. Oreo cookies, crushed
1/2 gal. mint chip ice cream
1 lg. Cool Whip
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Chocolate syrup

Place crushed Oreos in 9x13 baking dish. Soften ice cream and spread on top of cookies. Next, layer Cool Whip on the ice cream. Swirl chocolate sauce over the top and sprinkle with nuts. Cover with foil. Freeze. Take out of freezer 1/2 hour before serving.
