MINT CHOCOLATE CHIP ICE CREAM 
Mix:

1 can Eagle brand milk
1 can evaporated milk
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding

Add:

3/4 c. sugar
5 c. milk
1 tbsp. mint
1/2 pt. whipping cream
2 eggs
Pinch of salt

Add:

1/2 lg. bag of chocolate chips, chopped

Process in ice cream freezer.
