CHOCOLATE MARSHMALLOW BARS 
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
3/4 c. shortening
2 eggs
2 c. flour
20 lg. marshmallows
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1/2 c. nuts

Blend together brown sugar, white sugar, and shortening. Add eggs and beat well. Add flour and soda that have been sifted together. Add vanilla and mix well. Add chocolate chips and nuts. Bake in 9 x 13 inch pan for 20 minutes at 325 degrees. Top with marshmallows. Bake for 15 more minutes at 300 degrees. Cool and frost with fudge frosting.

Fudge Frosting: Combine 1 cup of white sugar, 1/4 cup of milk, 1/4 cup butter, and 1/4 cup cocoa in saucepan and bring to boil. Boil 1 minute. Remove and add 1 teaspoon vanilla. Beat until cool and thick enough to spread.
