3/4 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
4 1/2 tbsp. cocoa
1 1/8 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. nuts
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and cream. Add cocoa, flour and salt; mix. Add nuts and vanilla. Pour in greased and floured 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove from oven. Cover with miniature marshmallows and return to oven for two minutes and remove. Frost with following frosting.

FROSTING:

1 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla

Boil sugar, butter, marshmallows and milk for 1 minute. Add chocolate chips and vanilla. Pour over bars while hot.
