STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM PIE 
1 1/2 c. chocolate cookie crumbs
1/3 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
2 pkg. frozen strawberries

Combine first 3 ingredients to make a pie crust and place in a 9-inch pie pan or an 8-inch square baking dish. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 8 minutes.

Soften 1/2 gallon ice cream. Put half of ice cream in cooled crust and freeze. Put half of strawberries on top of ice cream and freeze. Repeat layers. Top with whipped cream to serve.
