CRAB MEAT SALAD 
1 lb. imitation crab meat salad
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
3/4 c. celery, chopped fine
1/2 c. green onions, chopped fine
1/2 c. parsley, chopped
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. lettuce or cabbage, chopped fine

All the above, mix together very well. Refrigerate until ready to use. Serve on lettuce leaves or crackers.
