Chicken, cooked and deboned Flour tortillas Boil chicken, remove from broth and debone the chicken, then return it to the broth. Dampen flour tortillas and cut up with scissors to the size you want. Coat with flour and place in boiling liquid with the chicken. Season to taste. Cook slowly for 15 to 20 minutes. Be sure tortillas are covered with the liquid. Stir, but not too often. |
