1 lb. ground beef
1 packet French's taco seasoning
1 bag (11 oz.) Fritos
1 can (25 oz.) Stokes green chili with pork
Shredded lettuce
1 can refried beans
Diced tomatoes
Salsa (optional)

Brown meat and drain. Add taco seasoning. Cover bottom of 9 x 9 inch or 7 x 11 inch baking dish with fritos. Spoon beef mixture on top. Add thin layer of chili. Add 1/3 remaining Fritos. Sprinkle half the cheese. Warm beans and add water if necessary. Spread on top of cheese. Add remaining Fritos and another layer of chili and remaining cheese. Heat 10 to 15 minutes in 350 degree oven. Cover with lettuce, tomatoes and salsa.
