PINEAPPLE RHUBARB JAM 
5 c. rhubarb
5 c. sugar
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
2 (3 oz.) boxes strawberry Jello

Bring to boil and cook 20 minutes. Remove from heat and add 2 (3 oz.) boxes strawberry Jello. Mix well. Pack in jars and seal.
