PINEAPPLE NUT LOAF 
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. Crisco
1 egg
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. orange juice
1 (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, undrained
1 c. ground nuts

Cream brown sugar, Crisco and egg. Add orange juice and pineapple. Add remaining ingredients. Grease bottom of a loaf pan. Spoon in batter. Bake 50 minutes or until a pick inserted in center comes out clean, at 350 degrees.
