MEAT PIE: A SHEPHERD'S PIE 
This is a great leftover user-upper!

2 to 3 c. mashed potatoes (either left over or can use instant)
1 c. grated cheese, cheddar, Mozzarella, Swiss
Vegetables, either 2 cups leftovers or can beans, broccoli, mixed vegetables
1 lb. ground meat, drained
1 can soup, tomato, spaghetti sauce, mushroom, cream of chicken, etc.

Mix soup with ground meat and spread on bottom of 13x9x2 inch pan. Next add vegetables. Next spread mashed potatoes then grated cheese. Bake approximately 30 minutes at 350 degrees or until warm (10 minutes at High in the microwave).

I use taco spices and tomato soup with ground meat, then corn potato and cheddar or mushroom soup, green beans and Mozzarella. This could also take an Italian flair. A read favorite. I always make 2 and freeze extra for the next real busy day!

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
