MEAT PIE 
1 lb. coarse ground meat
Sm. amount of oil
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 can mixed vegetables, drained
Pie crusts

Mix ground beef and onion. Fry in small amount of oil until meat is done. Add drained vegetables. Line 3 quart casserole with pie crusts. Add cream of chicken soup to mixture and pour into pie crusts. Top with crust. Bake at 350 degrees until crust is done and browned.
