CHICKEN OKRA GUMBO 
2 chicken breasts, split
1/2 c. flour, divided
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp. butter
1 lb. cut okra
1 fresh tomato, chopped
1 onion, chopped

Mix 1/2 of the flour with salt and pepper. Put on the chicken. Brown it in the butter. Take chicken out. Put the rest of the flour in the pot. Make a brown gravy. Put the rest of the vegetables in the pot with water and the chicken. Cook until meat is tender.
