MOM'S HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
3 c. chopped cooked chicken
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1/2 c. grated Cheddar
Tomato slices
Crushed potato chips

Combine all of above except Cheddar, tomato slices and potato chips. Spoon into 1 1/2 quart casserole that has been sprayed with Pam. Top chicken mixture with Cheddar. Arrange sliced tomatoes around outside of top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Add crushed potato chips to center and bake 10 minutes more.
